Outside Fun

Here are some pictures of the kids outside last week. They beg to go out and then complain that there's nothing to do--welcome to Summer :)

The other 2 boys either 1. escaped the camera or 2. were inside because they were bored outside ! (They were outside somewhere. Mean Mom makes the kids stay outside and play on such beautiful days.)

FLOOD!

The weekend it rained so hard--June 6--our basement flooded :( Our pump was clogged up with leaves and pine needles (unbeknownst to us). The water just poured in through the window in Nathan and Daniel's room. We ended up having to rip out and replace the padding under the carpet. The room is now back to "normal"--the carpet is down but now officially stretched. It looks fine, though. It took about 2 weeks to get everything fixed and washed and cleaned up (thank you, Kelly, for helping with laundry!). It was too crazy at the time to take pictures, but I did get some of the kids sleeping. Haven slept through the whole thing! The boys helped a lot, especially Daniel and Peter. There are no pictures of them sleeping because they stayed awake and helped! Tom and I were up until about 4am--on a Saturday night!

I have a lot of pictures that are now ready to get put on here. However, it's 1:20am and I need to get some sleep before Haven decides she's hungry. I will try my best to get them on here in the next couple of days.

Matching Girls!

I made matching skirts for all 3 girls (and myself). We all wore them tonight (Thursday) to church. Here is a picture of the girls--no, I didn't get in the picture. I do not like pictures of me :)


While I was taking pictures, Guess Who leaned over and did a nice cheesy smile for us :) Isn't he a cutie?!?!

Here are a couple more pictures of the cutie!! All of a sudden, our little tiny baby girl has started to plump out. Daniel even told me this afternoon that she's fat! "I tried to push her stomach in when she breathed, but it wouldn't go." I asked him if he wanted me to push his stomach in when he breathed!!!!!!! But, yes, she is getting fat--however, she's still the cutest baby around :)

Some baby pictures

Here are some pictures of the sweet little thing from the past 2 weeks. Haven is already 2 weeks old--how time flies. She is still a very sweet baby. She's starting to be awake a little bit more (yes, in the middle of the night, too). She's still sleeping about 4 hours, nursing, 4 more hours. I can't complain, but I really enjoyed her first week of sleeping 8 hours. Oh well, we'll get back to that soon. I'm thankful that she's very laid back and that she's sleeping at all :)





Ethan just had a bath--we put him next to Haven. It looks like she's sticking out her tongue at him and he's not quite sure what to think of her!!!!!
