Last night while Tom and the 4 older boys went to a teen activity, Sarah and Ethan wanted to sing Zaccheus for Bible time. (Rachel sang the first time, too, but not for the video camera!!) Anyway, it was so cute. Listen for Ethan at the beginning when it's supposed to be "wee little man." Hope you enjoy it--I did :) Thanks, Amy, for teaching him about Zaccheus in Sunday School!

Nathaniel!!! (No, not Nathan)
Ok, Nathaniel, I finally have a few minutes to put these pictures on. Actually, there are probably a hundred other things that I should be doing, but I'll sacrifice for you and do this instead :)
So, for the benefit of the readers, a couple of weeks ago--I think it was February 3-4--we had Nathaniel K. spend the night with us. For some strange reason, he preferred coming to our house full of boys to staying home with his sisters and their *girl* friends. Personally, I think going shopping with the girls would have been a lot of fun! Anyway, we were stuc...um, honored to have him with us for the night and part of the day. The boys stayed up way too late Thursday night talking and laughing. In the morning, the kids played outside making a snow fort and throwing snow balls at each other. It was freezing, but they had a great time. Then, we went bowling. I took my camera with me, but unfortunately, I forgot to check the batteries. I got a couple of pictures before they died. I think Nathaniel took some with his phone. (That still boggles my mind. Who would ever have thought that we would be taking pictures with our phones?!? I suppose we'll be calling with our cameras in the near future.) However, I have yet to see any pictures on the Koski blog from that fun-filled weekend adventure :) Hint. Hint.
Well, without further ado, here are the pictures...

It's that time!!
Well, it's been a few hours and here I am--stuffed to the gills with Indian food. Wow! That was wonderful. We went to Madras Masala for their lunch buffet. WOW!! It makes me want to move to India~~except for all the snakes!! Anyway, it was delicious and no one even said the word 'mom' during the meal. No one argued or tattled or made a mess or cried. It was wonderful.
But, I'm sure you didn't check back just to hear about how delicious our food was. Did I mention that it was fabulous?!? We both sorta rolled out of the restaurant.
So, pictures, right. That's why I'm here. Not to talk about the wonderful Indian food that we just ate. Pictures. I'll try to stay focused on pictures.
That finishes January. I think I'll start a new post for February. That way I get credit for 2 posts instead of just one!!

Blizzard and January
Well, we're supposedly in the middle of a huge blizzard. I was actually very excited about this. I mean, if we're going to get some snow, we might as well get SOME snow. One or two inches is not very exciting, but 12 is something to think about. I heard at one point we could've gotten 21 inches!! Now that would have been EXCITING!! Right now, it's barely snowing and, in fact, it sounds like it's raining. Freezing rain, no doubt. It's extremely windy and cold, but not what I would call a blizzard. I was looking forward to seeing a blizzard. I don't think I ever have seen one. Oh well. It would be nice, however, if we got enough of anything--snow, ice--to keep Tom home from work tomorrow! We'll see in a few hours.
Here are a couple of pictures from January. I did better this month keeping up--maybe February will be even better :)
Tom and Paul Reimann--just for fun!
Ok, I skipped a few January pictures--I'll fill them in soon. Here's one picture from tonight's blizzard!
Enjoy your snow day tomorrow, if you get one! I know our boys will be busy shoveling--I'm not sure how much school we'll get done.
